Revision 15 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan The purpose of this letter is to provide you with Revision No. 15 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan.
This revision reflects enhancements recently made to our Security Program.
We have reviewed this revision and have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
This revision to our Physical Security Plan is submitted as Attachment A to this letter and is considered SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION which is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
We have enclosed our standard Document Custody Form and Change Transmittal Form for each copy of the Plan revision required by the NRC.
