30 > ears m the Parker How Secretary of the Commission Att. Docketing and Service Branch US Nuclear Regularatory Commission Washington D C. 20555 Gentlemen I want to compliment the

'ommission on the proposed new rules J

allowing test to be made with ir without sirens in place.

It appears to me thatythe most important thing is to get this Seabrook plant on line. I am sorry to say that the local politicians are more interested in their own political future than the need for additional power in this area.

Maybe if some of them were without electricity for a week they might change their tune because their constituients would ceratinly sinc a new so ng to them/

I am happy to see that the "uclear Regularatory Commission is doing all possible to get Seabrook on line andthe Yankee plant in Flymouth Mass as webl/

Keep up the good work, More Power to you Sin 'r/lyyours Y
