Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Response to NRC Bulletin 88-03 GNN has reviewed NRC Bulletin 88-03 for applicability to TMI-1. There are no GE latching-type HFA relays installed in Class 1E applications at TMI-1.
There are GE HFA relays installed in the on-site 230KV substation control building in non-Class 1E applications.
The relays in these appl. cations are outside the scope of this bulletin and will be inspected per the GE Service Advice Letters as derned appropriate.
