$Ncf Gentlemen:

Please help the Seabrook Nuclear Power Station, while sticking to your new rule, which makes it clear that off-site emergency sirens need not be in place when tests are conducted.

Experts agree that such low-power testing poses no threat to the public outside the plant, therefore sirens are unnecessary.

What happened to the Shoreham Muclear Power Station in Long Island is a disgrace for the whole country.

I am enclosing an article out of todays Wall Street Journal.

Please help us Americans to be Energy Independend,,

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely, aw Carl H. Rosenthal Tel. # (813) 541.-7238 enclosure 8806140175 880531 Sh"33N16435 PDR
