The staff has provided the following information. Items 1 and 2 of Appendix A identify the EA's for 1985 and 1997. In addition, no EIS or EA associated with Tonawanda, New York, was done. Action was categorically excluded under 10 CFR j.
51.22(c)(1I). Item 3 of Appendix A states this conclusion. Allof these records are enclosed. As for other Federal agencies thit have produced EA's/EIS's.you should submit a FOIA request to the Agencies listed below. Also, Appendix 11 identifies NRC's response to your letter dated July,17, to Chairman Shirley Jackson. A copy of this letter is enclosed.
