MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Setting Hearing Schedule and Providing for Response to Contentions)

Hearing Schedule The evidentiary hearing will reconvene at 9:00 A.M. on June 14, 1988 in the Legislative Office Building, Concord, New Hampshire. FEHA official Edward A. Thomas, testifying on behalf of the Intervenors, will be the first witness.

Mr. Thomas' legal counsel has been invited to participate on behalf of Mr. Thomas. The examination of Mr. Thomas will be completed by adjournment on June 15.

FEMA will present its panel of witnesses beginning at 9:00 A.M. on June 16 and the examination of the FEMA panel 8806140155 080603 PDR ADOCK 05000443 ,

The participants have been advised of this schedule.

Responses to Contentions Intervenors, other than the Massachusetts Attorney General, may file responses to the answers by Applicant and NRC Staff to the Intervenors' respective contentions on the Seabrook Plan for the Massachusetts Communities (SPMC) on or before June 22, 1988. The Massachusetts Attorney General has agreed to file his response on June 17. Responses shall be limited to matters raised in the answers to the contentions.

ifter the Board has reviewed all of the pleadings on the SPMC contentions, it may schedule oral arguments if further advice from the parties is required.
