If you are an NRC liceMoe and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a Quality Assurance Program approved by the Connission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required. Since you no longer have a valid Quality Assurance Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 to transport or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport is terminated.
