Dear Mr. Arthur:
We have completed our review of the Radiological and Engineering Assessment dated May 20, 1988, for the commercial vicinity property D0-053 located at Durango, Colorado.
Based on our review, we conclude that the potential for long-term harm has been minitnized to the extrnt practicable.
Therefore, we concur with the proposed remedial action for the vicinity property which includes the application of supplemental standards to the vicinity properties as authorized by Criterion "c" of 40 CFR 192.21.
