Dear Ms. Wright:
l General Electric has received the subject license. The current expiration date is December 31, 1988, per Amendment 'Jo. 10.
Since exports under authority of the license will be necessary I beyond the expiration date, Ger4eral Electric hereby requests I amendment of the license extending the expiration date to January i 1, 1991.
