On December 20, 1985, TU Electric notified you via report TXX-4657 of a l
reportable deficiency regarding the Cable Tray Hanger Reverification Program.

The last report logged TXX-88546, dated July 26, 1988, specified the corrective actions to resolve this issue.
The purpose of this report is to revise the corrective action implementation schedule for this issue.

l The estimated completion date has been revised for the modifications required i
as a result of the validation / inspection of cable tray hangers.

completion date is March 1, 1989.
