On February 4,1988, TV Electric letter loLJed TXX-88055 provided notification of a reportable deficiency involving a modeling error for seismic analysis of the service water intake structure.

This report is submitted to provide the current status of this issue.
TXX-88055 indicated that Unit 1 corrective actions would be completed by September 28, 1988.
The completion date of September 28, 1988 was not met.
