Increases the Total Amount of the Contract from $225,623.00 by 155 S14.OO to $281.137.00 2.
Increason the funding obligated by the Government from
$225,623.00 by $20,000.00 to $245,623.00:

Under Section C - Description /Specificationn/ Work Statement, Subparagraph C.1, Statement of Work, is modified to add the following:
"Ient_5 The contractor shall provide a draft technical findings report (draft NUREG) for GI-135, summarizing all technical work and reuolving all outstanding NRC revi ew comaient s.
Transmit the draft report to the NRC for review.
Resolve / incorporate NRC review comments and provide a camera-ready copy for publication.
This tast shall be completed by November 1.
