CONTRACT NRC-02-96-004-009 UNILATERAL MODIFICATION NO. 8
Dear Mr. Patrick:
The purpose of this modification is to correct paragraph two of modification number 7 dated October 9,1998, and therefore paragraph two is deleted entirely and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 009 is hereby decreased by
$14,428.03 from $57,328.51 to $42,900.48.
A summary of obligations for this Task Order, from award date through the date of this action, is as follows:
