MODIFICATION NO. 7 TO TASK ORDER NO. 5 UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-04-92-046 ENTITLED " HYDROGEN COMBUSTION" The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through September 30, 1999. This extension is necessary due to delays in receiving data from Westinghouse. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
The period of performance for the subject task order is revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. 5 shall be in effect from August 13. 1993 through September 30, 1999, with a ceiling amount of $26,490.00."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action, is given below:
