MODIFICATION NO. 9. TO TASK ORDER N0. 6 UNDER CONTRACT NO.

NRC-04-92-046 ENTITLED " ADDITIONAL INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT OF DIRECT CONTAINMENT HEATING RESEARCH" The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through May 28, 1999. This extension is necessary to allow the contractor time to review SNL modifications to the report on direct containment heating issues in ice condenser plants. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

1.) The period of performance for the subject task order is revised to read "The period of performance for Task Order No. 6 is September 24, 1993 through May 28, 1999."

A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date

Total FY93 Obligations:

$203,786.00 Total FY95 Obligations:

$123,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $326.786.00 This modification does not obligate funds.
