We have completed our review of the Radiological and Engineering Assessment dated July 5,1988, for the commercial vicinity property GJ-97005-0T located at Grand Junction, Colorado.

Based on our review, we concur with the proposed remedial action for the vicinity property for partial remwal of contaminated soils authorized by Criterion "b ' and "c" of 40 CFR 192.21.
