Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $7,881,501.08, of which $7,237,472. 72 represents reimbursble costs and of which $644,028.36 represents available award fee through the seventeenth evaluation period.

For further provisions of funding, see General Provisions No. 5.2 entitled, "Limitation of Funds" and Article 5.11 entitled, "Incremental Funding."

II.

The amount of $36,000.00 in incremental funding is obilgated under FIN t

No. B-8011 ($22,000.00) and D-2103 ($14,000.00).

!!!. The amount of $22,000.00 (FIN No. B-80ll) is provided for work per-formed on Task Order No. 21, Mod. No. 3. "SPDS Reviews." The amount of

$22,000.00 represents $20,000.00 for reimbursable costs and $2,000.00 for award fee.

The amount of $14,000.00 (FIN No. 0-2103) is provided for work performed under Tast Order No. 25, Mod No. 3 "Evaluation of Seouoyah Electrical / Instrumentation Concerns." The amount of

$14,000.00 represents $12,728.00 for reimbursable costs and $1,272.00 for award fee.

Paragraph 6 of Article 3.1 is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in itsu thereof:

$42,149.34 increase in available award fee and the $2,097.46 residual fee from period thirteen set forth under Modification No.

32 is also included in the available award fee for period no, seventeen as is the $8,000.00 increase in award fee set forth in Modification No. 33."

Obligates funding in the amount of $36,000.

Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to the contract are increased by $36,000.00 from $7,845,501.08 to

$7,881,501.08 of which $7,237,472.72 represents reimbursable costs and $644,028.36 represents available award fee through th; seven-1 teenth evaluation period.

Reimbursable cost is increased by $32,728.00 from $7,204,744.72 to

$7,237,472.72 and available award fee is increased by $3,272.00 from $640,756.36 to $644,028.36.

d.

Award fee available for the seventeenth evaluation period is increased by $3,272.00 from $63,791.80 to $67,063.80.

This does not impact the ceiling amount of the contract which remains unchanged at $8,220,339.13.
