The purpose of this modification is to extend the contract expiration date through August 31, 1988 modify schedule to complete Task IV by June 30, 1988, to incorporate Task V under Section C.1 of the contract at no additional cost to the Government, and to incorporate incre-l mental funding. Accordingly the following changes are made to the contract:

i data gathering, and assessment's performed by the Contractor in support of the retearch prioritization effort.
The estimated level of effort for this task is 2h man weeks. The effort involved in this task shall be initiated upon receiving written authorization from the NRC Project Of"icer.
No costs shall be expended towards this effort prior to receiving this authorization."

Under Section C.1 - Statement of Work, Task IV of the Schedule is revised to read as follows:
"Task IV - 270 days after contract award."
3.
Section F.5 - Duration of Contract Period, is revised as follows:
"This contract shall c.omnence on September 30, 1987 and will expire on August 31, 1988 "

Subsection B.2, Consideration and Obligation Paragraphs c. and d. are i
deleted in their entirety and the following Paragraphs c. and d. are sub-stituted in lieu thereof:

The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is increased by $39,90G 00 from $16; 000.00 to $199,965 00.
