MODIFICATION NO. 2. TASK ORDER 227 ENTITLED " REVIEW OF
' ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE REQUEST TO IMPLEMENT A RISK INFORMED PROCEDURE" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-95-026 1
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the task order from October 16, 1998 to March 1, 1999, at no extra cost to the Government.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
The second paragraph, first sentence, beginning with " Task Order No. 227.. "
is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 227 shall be effective April 1,1998 through March 1, 1999."
The issuance of this modification does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject task order.
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order by having an official who is authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the spaces provides below and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
