- 1. Under Section G -Gggtcggt_Odm[g[stcgt[gg_Qgte, paragraph G.1, C905tdUtatigo, subparagraph A. Egtimated_Gggt_ggd Qb1[gatigo, is changed to provide for the followings
^ An increase of $7,000.00 in the ceiling amount under paragraph A.1 from 5447,277.02 to 5454,277.02.
^ An increase of $7,000.00 obligated amount under paragraph A.2 and A.2(a) from 8447,277.02 to $454,277.02.
^ in paragraph A.2(c) the telemetry cost ceiling of
$7,634.79 is reduced by $7,000.00 to $634.79 and the program cost amount of $294,178.21 is increased by
$7,000.00 to $301,178.21.
^ In paragraph A.2(d) the amounts $7,634.79 and $47,634.79 are reduced by $7,000.00 to $634.79 and $40,634.79, respectively.
^ In paragraph A.2(o) the amount $294,178.21 is increased by $7,000.00 to $301,178.21) $47,634.79 in decreased by

(b) The following amounts may be utilized to pay for seismic data transmission (telemetry) expenues for the following periodut April 1905 through Jeno 1906 - 340,059.02 July 1906 through December 17, 1907 - $40,000.00

. Contract No. NRCrO4-85-113-04 Modification No. 8 Page No. 3 (c) A ceiling of $634.79 for telemetry costs is hereby established within the amount of
$301,813.00 (the original contract ceiling amount coverisig program costs only and which did not include telemetry costs). The remaining l amount of $301,178.21 shall be utilized on the Northeastern Seismic Research Program costs -
Task 4, as described under the basic contract.
l (d) The amount of $40,000.00 identified in subparagraph (b) above and the amount of 1634.79 identified in subparagrph (c) above results in a not to be exceeded ceiling amount ,
of $40,634.79 for seismic data transmission (telemetry) expenses for the period July 1986- l through December 17, 1987.
