In your Memorandum and Order of March 00, 1986, you scheduled a preheoring conference with the parties by telephone at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 8, 1986.
In addition, the porties are to notify the Secretary of the Appeal Board of the nome (s)

and telephone numbe"(s) of the person (s) who will porticipate in

the conference by 5:00 PM April 4.
Due to other commitments which cannot be rescheduled, the undersigned OCRE Representative will be unable to participate in a conference on April 8.
OCRE thererore proposes that the telephone conference be rescheduled for 10:00 AM on Friday, April 4.
OCRE hos coresulted counsel for NRC Stoff and Appliconts, and they concur on this date and time.
OCRE has been unable to contact Mr. Lodge, counsel for intervenor sunflower Alliance, l
OCRE would also propose that the deadline by which the porties must notify the Secretary of the Appeal Board of the name(s) and telephone number (s) of the porticipants in the conference be changed to 5:00 PM on Monday, March 31, 1986.
OCRE would at this time state that the undersigned OCRE Representative, at the telephone number given below, will participate in the conference on behalf of OCRE.
