(2) Subsequently, the contractor developed a technical bulletin to outline the acceptance criteria for warpage.
However, this bulletin was unacceptable to the NRC in that it did not adequately specify the acceptance criteria. Another meeting was held with the licensee to discuss these concerns. The licensee agreed to resolve the issue.
(3) One other issue remains regarding the alleger's supervisor telling him to accept the warpage so that production can continue. Additionally, the inspector should determine if the licensee addresses the warpage issue generically.
