50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - SECURITY RESTART ISSUES is TVA's status report regarding security issues at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
This supplemental response provides additional information regarding TVA's resolution of deficiencies identified by the RER team, as previously responded to by TVA on December 10, 1987; Harch 17, 1988; and May 24, 1988.
It also supplements TVA's commitments regarding security restart issues, as provided to NRC on June 16, 1988.
A list of the status of our security commitments is provided in enclosure 2.
TVA remains committed to the physical protection program at BFN, and the resolution of program deficiencies identified by NRC.
