Dear Ms. Tucker:
This is in response to your letter dated April 9,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infonnation Act (FOIA), records relating to claims against the government relating to radiation exposure.
Your FOIA request was referred to this agency by the Department of Justice and received in this office on January 13, 1986.
Upon search of pertinent NRC files, the staff could not locate any records relating to individuals who may be making claims against the NRC for radiation exposure.
