This is in response to your letters dated August 30, 1984, and March 21, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), all records related to the Safety Evaluation Report for the operating license stage and seismic characteristics at the Vogtle plant.
The NRC has previously responded to two FOIA requests for records subject to your request. Copies of those requests and NRC's response letters, listed on the enclosed Appendix A, are enclosed.
