On October 21, 1986, TV Electric letter logged TXX-6054 provided notification 4
of a deficiency involving the seismic design of conduit which we deemed i
reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.5S(e).

issue was TXX-88358, dated April 15, 1988.
This report is submitted to update j
our completion schedule for Unit 1 corrective actions.
TXX-88358 indicated that Unit 1 corrective actions would be completed by 4
l September 26, 1988.
However, this activity has been rescheduled for completion by March 1, 1989.
The schedule for Unit 2 remains unchanged.
