Victor Stello, Jr. 2 DON 1 1999 Four issues have already slipped beyond the Five-Year Plan completion dates by approximately three months and the schedule cannot be remedied. Six issues are projected to slip beyond the completion dates specified in the Five-Year Plan by about six months. We plan to take corrective action to put these issues back on a schedule consistent with the Five-Year Plan.
