ASLBP No. 97-732-02-ISFSI APPLICANT'S REQUEST TO EXCEED PAGE LIMITATION In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's (" Board") Memo-randum and Order of February 2,1998 (Memorializing Initial Prehearing Conference Di-rectives), the Applicant requests the Board's approval to exceed the ten page limitation with respect to Applicant's answer to the " Contentions of the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation Relating to the Low Rail License Amendment" which is due to be filed October 26,1998. The Applicant believes that an extra three pages, or thirteen pages in total, should be sufficient.

Applicant has called counsel for the Confederated Tribes, the NC Staff, the State of Utah, Castle Rock, and OGD and none of these parties objects to the Applicant filing an additional three pages with respect to its answer to the Confederated Tribes conten-tions concerning the Low Corridor rail amendment. Applicant has also attempted to contact counsel for the Skull Valley Band to ask his position on this reque;t but was un-able to reach him.
