7 Contract No. NRC-04-87-398 Modification No. 7 Page No. 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the indirect rates contained in the contract to include the overhead rate for the Contractor'n Rockville, Maryland office (effective with the execution date of this modification); to increase the provisional overhead rate for the Idaho offices and, to increase the provisional company-wide General and Administrative rate.
Therefore, the following changes are made Section 0.1, "Indirect Rates," Paragraph "a," is revised to read as followur "a. Pending the establishment of final indirect rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs as foilows:
