J NRC-02-97-008 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 This modification extends the period of performance of the subject contract through March 31,1999, at no additional cost to the Government, changes names of key personnel, and changes deliverable schedule for the final report. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

1. Section F.6," Duration of Contract Period" is revised to read as follows:

" Duration of Contract Period This contract shall commence on the date of award and will expire on March 31,1999."

2. Section C.6," Deliverable / Schedule" is revised to read as follows:

" Deliverable / Schedule The following is a schedule for submission of the draft and final reports mentioned in Section 6 above:

3. Section H.2.a," Key Personnel",is revised as follows:

Delete the name "Dr. Narasi Sridhar" and add the name " John Russell".
