DOCKET N05. 50-445 AND 50-446 UNQUAllFIE0 iERMINAL BLOCKS SDAR: CP-87-139 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
l On January 5, 1988 TV Electric notified you via report logged TXX-88028 of a deficiency involving equipment qualification of terminal blocks inside and outside of containment.
The last report was logged TXX-88286, dated March 11, 1988.
(
TXX-88286 indicated that the replacement of the Weidmuller terminal blocks f
would be complete by October 1,1988, for Unit 1 and by fuel load for Unit 2.
i TV Electric is currently reevaluating the scope of the corrective actions and
[
the schedule for implementation.
The next report will be submitted no later
[
than January 17, 1989.
