J Gentlemen:

On December 23, 1987, TV Electric letter provided notification that the deficiency involving the effect of thermolag on derating factors was reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). The latest report on this  !

1 issue, logged TXX-88599, was submitted August 1, 1988. This report is i submitted to update the corrective action completion schedule. '

i TXX-88599 indicated that Unit 1 corrective actions would be completed by October 1, 1988, with supporting documentation available after November 30, 1988. However, these activities have been rescheduled for completion by February 28, 1989. The schedule for Unit 2 remains unchanged.
