CP-88-25 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On January 29, 1988, TU Electric notified you via our report logged TXX-88170 of a deficiency in the design of the Auxiliary feedwater (AFW) Pump Turbine control panel which could impair the Auxiliary Feedwater System's ability to provide emergency feedwater to the Steam Generators.
The last report was logged Txx-88519, dated June 30, 1988.
The urpose of this supplemental report is to revise the corrective action im lementation schedule.
The estimated completion date has been revised for the design modification required to automatically isolate the control panel components when the AFW turbine driven pump is required to auto start.
The new completion date is December 19, 1988.
