The Commission was briefed by the Commonwealth Edison Company (licensee) and the staff on the readiness of the licensee to receive a full power operating license for its Braidwood l
Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2.

- Robert Querio, Braidwood-2 Station Manager The Commission, with all Commissioners agreeing, authorized the staff to grant Commonwealth Edison Company a full power operating license for its Braidwood Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2 upon completion of any outstanding prerequisites and administrative matters.
(Subsequent to the meeting on May 20, 1988, the staff issued a full power operating license to Commonwealth Edison Company for its Braidwood Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2.)
