j Thank you for our conversation this date on the reference request, which was provided to the Office of the Secretary by e-mail. As I stated,10 CFR Section 2.714a specifies no page limitation on appeals to the Commission. Accordingly, unless you otherwise advise, the need for the Commission to act on the request will be considered moot.
