The enclosed information has already been provided in draft fom to members of the ACRS Subcommittee on Safeguards and Security. The staff's safety evaluation report is essentially cceplete except for a small bit of infomation for our financial review. We also are providing a document related to the basis for our safeguards conclusion. This document is proprietary information as defined by 10 CFR 2.790 and should be handled dCCordingly, i.e., kept in a locked cabinet when not in use (a safe is not necessary).
The enclosed information is being provided in preparation for the meeting of the full Committee at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 6,1988. The staff's agenda for the meeting is also enclosed for your information.
