The Joint Motion To Stay Proceedings For Additional 30 Days And Order Thereon dated September 16, 1988, has been received by the Board for its consideration.

2.

The Board grants an extension of 30 days upon ths presentation by the parties and the NRC Staff that there are no objections.

In addition, the Board accepts the stipulation of the parties that in the event a settlement is not achieved the tenns of the stipulation contained in paragraph 8 of the Joint Motion shall control.
