! The purpose of this letter is to confirm the conference call held on October 15,1998, with L
. representatives from SBA, ISI, and the NRC, whereby ISI agreed to a no-cost settlement

. termination to be effective today at 4:30 p.m. As a result, all work (processing of boxes) that has i
. been initiated shall be terminated and all boxes in ISI's possession shall be retumed to the NRC Project Officer by 4:30 p.m., October 16,'1998.
Please be informed that Tyrone Greene (NRC Project Officer) and April Whelchel (ISI Project 4
Manager) met en yesterday to verify the total number of boxes that have been approved, but

not yet invoiced is 112. Mr. Jenkins was contacted on the moming of October 16,1998, and i-informed of this information and asked to provide an invoice for the 112 completed boxes. In

addition, Mr. Jenkins was informed that NRC would also send a copy of the " Contractor's
- Release" with this modification to initiate contract closeout procedures.
