We have completed our review of the Radiological and Engineering Assessment dated May 20, 1988, for the commercial vicinity properties SL-018S/114 located at Salt Lake City, Utah.

Based on our review, we concur with the proposed remedial action for the vicinity property which includes the application of supplemental standards for the "main yard" and the "thorium deposit" as authorized by Criterion "a", "c" and "f" of 40 CFR 192.21.
