AUTHORIZATION FOR TEMPORARY CONTINUED USE OF 3M Po-210 STATIC ELIMINATION DEVICES In accordance with your letter dated May 3, 1988, as authorized in Section III, Paragraph C. of the Order Modifying General License, dated February 18, 1988, you are hereby authorized to continue temporary use of 3M Po-210 static elimination devices now in your possession as described below:

This authorization expires on January 31, 1989, or earlier upon receipt of replacement static eliminators from another supplier and is contingert upon you performing (or having the following performed):
1.
Leak tests of each 3M device at intervals not to exceed 30 days for nonleaking sources; 2.
Contanination surveys of areas surrounding each 3M device at intervals not to exceed 30 days for nonleaking sources; 3.
If compressed air is used with a 3M device, checks of compressed air lines to ensure absence of water, oil, or other foreign material at intervals not to exceed 30 days.
This authorization does NOT permit you to receive new or replacement Po-210 static eliminators from 3M.
