Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter transmits supplemental information regarding the low and degraded voltage technical specification change request (Reference (a)).
This information responds to our telecon of February 4, 1986 and covers the additional infonnation discussed at that time to satisfy concerns of the NRR Sta ff reviewing the referenced change.
Changes are indicated on the attached pages. Basically, this change will delete the proposeo Action Item #39 and replace it with Action #37.
These changes affect pages 3/4 3-26, 3/4 3-27a and the page following page 3/4 3-27a (delete Action #39).
The attached change has received both on-Site and off-Site review and approval. The original Significant Hazards Considoration is still appropriate for the supplemental request.
Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our request for this amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter and its attachments to the designate State Official.
