The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of
$85,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby revised as follows:
Under Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, Paragraph B.2, Consideration and Obligation, subparagraph b, the first sentence is deleted in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in lieu thereof:
"b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $128,000.00."
