Inspection Conducted January 7-10, 1986 (Report 50-458/86-03)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced inspection of security program audit,
records and reports, f tysical barriers protected area, physical barriers-vital
areas, and assessment aids.
The inspection involved 33 inspector-hours onsite
by one NRC inspector.
Results: Within the five areas inspected, one violation was identified (failure to
meet a security plan requirement, paragraph 4).
