Modification No.11 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the contractor's revised indirect rates for Fiscal Year 1997 in accordance with DCAA's Audit Report No.
3121-98B10250056 dated 9/24/98 (previously provided to contractor under separate cover).
Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Section G.3 - NRCAR 2052.216 INDIRECT COST RATES (JAN.
1993),
paragraph a. is revised as follows to incorporate the indirect rates for the period ending December 31, 1997:

Pending the establishment of final indirect rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable provisional billing rates as follows:
Fringe Benefits:
45.10% (applied to total labor dollars)
G&A:
79.12% (applied to total direct labor)"
All other terms'and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is given below:
