Please remove the Title Page, Preface, Distribution List, List of Effective Pages, Approval Sheets, Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, Appendix A, B and D, and replace with the attached pages.
Using the List of Effective Pages in the Preface section of your 00APM, please verify that it is complete and up to date. Also, please discard the superceded pages.
