20555 Docket No. 50-312 Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station License No. DPR-54 AUTHORIZATION OF SPIP IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE TRANSMITTAL
Dear Sir:
This letter is a follow-up to Mr. Rutherford's letter OG-197 dated May 10, 1988, which transmitted the latest Recommendation Tracking System (RTS) Report.
The B&W Owners Group is using the RTS report as the vehicle to transmit each utility's status and schedule for implementation of the Safety and Performance Improvement Program (SPIP) recommendations.
Since the plant specific information contained in the RTS is provided by each utility, we authorized the B&WOG to submit the RTS on Rancho Seco's behalf.
The RTS will be revised as of June 30, 1988, and transmitted to the NRC by about July 21, 1988.
The schedule information in the July submittal of RTS will satisfy the request contained in the letter from George W.
Knighton to G.
Carl Andognini dated April 19, 1988.
These implementation schedules are established by a living schedule process (Rancho Seco Long Range Schedule Program) and are, therefore, subject to future revision.
Sincerely, Y
J fon Carl And gnini Chief Executive Officer, 1
