EMERGENCY PLAN EXERCISE SCENARIO (45-DAY LETTER)
The sce..ario to be used for the Big Rock Point exercise on July 19, 1988 is being transmitted to those NRC persons who will be acting as observers.
Comments on the scenario must be submitted no later than June 24 to allow for modification of the package and adequate controller preparation. Revised packages will be supplied to NRC inspection staff during the exercice entrance meeting.
After completion of the exercise, a copy of scenario used for the exercise j will be submitted. Copies of this letter without attachment have been '
distributed internally to those Consumers Power Company personnel responsible for implementation of the Site Emergency Plan.
