DESCRIPTION:
The source consists of two stainless steel capsules, one inside of the other, both' sealed by heliarc welds.
The source is cylindrical in shape with outside dimensions of 0.31 inches (7.9~mm) diameter _and.0.5 inches (12.7.nn) length.

The inner capsule is divided into two chambers, one containing

the cesium 137 in the form of a deposit of Cesium Chloride powder-
