Name Change - Ultimate Consignee Per our discussion, this is to advise that the Zircatec labs which will conduct the fuel assembly hydraulic flow tects specified in NRC export licenses XUO 8661 and XSNM 2376 have been purchased by several employes of Zircatec and renamed Stern Laboratories, Inc.

Accordingly, please change the name of the ultimate consignee on this license from Zircatec-Precision Industries, Inc. to Stern Laboratories, Inc.
