renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 5450.

Information which has been discussed with members of your staff. Drawing number SKE-85004, Sheets 1 and 2 display a statement that the drawings contain Westinghouse proprietary data.
This marking is incorrect and may be crossed out. Attachment number 1 to the above referenced letter should have also noted that an additional change, which had been made in the application, was the inclusion of a new set of fuel design parameters which was analyzed in the nuclear criticality safety analysis (Attachment 19 to the application) and which is displayed as the last column on page 1
18-4 of Attachment 18 to the application. This change was inadvertently not identified in the original application.
